1. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Usage Rights and Credit Packs
PrePilot provides workflow automation services billed via credit packs. Credits are consumed dynamically as workflows are executed. Credits represent non-refundable platform utility value, are non-transferable, and have no monetary value. PrePilot reserves the right to adjust workflow credit rates with prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree to use PrePilot in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the platform to generate spam, conduct unauthorized scraping, launch DDoS attacks, or distribute malicious or deceptive content. Violation of this section will lead to immediate account suspension without refund.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, algorithms, code, brandkit designs, logos, and UI components on the PrePilot platform are the exclusive intellectual property of PrePilot and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the platform without our written consent.

1. Prohibited Activities and Workflows
You are strictly prohibited from utilizing PrePilot to automate workflows that involve: phishing, malware distribution, scraping personal directory data without consent, launching brute-force attacks, generating hate speech, or bypassing security paywalls on third-party websites.
2. Resource Consumption & System Limits
To preserve platform health, we enforce concurrency and rate limits on workflow executions. You may not bypass these limits using multi-account manipulation, unauthorized API wrappers, or custom automated scripts designed to abuse server capacity.
3. Verification and Reporting
PrePilot automatically audits workflow patterns to identify abuse, excessive errors, or suspicious behavior. If we detect high-risk activity originating from your account, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict workflow execution pending manual security review.

Anti-Fraud Policy

PrePilot maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward credit abuse, payment fraud, and referral manipulation. This policy outlines our automated security, verification steps, and enforcement measures.
1. Payment Audits & Chargeback Protection
All credit pack transactions are audited for security signals. Transactions flagged as high-risk by our payment gateway will trigger an automatic verification hold. Any user who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their account terminated immediately and blacklisted.
2. Referral Program Abuse
We actively audit our Partner and Referral Program. Actions such as creating duplicate accounts to claim self-referral credits, using bots to generate fake referral signups, or using virtual credit cards to bypass billing safeguards are strictly prohibited.
3. Account Audits and Suspensions
Accounts flagged for systematic billing irregularities, referral spamming, or server exploit attempts will be locked automatically. Reclaiming access requires submitting official verification documents to our compliance department.
